Marv McGuire

Marv McGuire is a real estate investor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Before founding Heartsill Capital Partners with his wife of 30 years, Victoria, Mr. McGuire worked as a Sales Executive for several Information Technology (IT) services firms focused on the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal government. Prior to his decade in corporate sales, Marv served 25 years in the United States Navy.
