Mady started her career in commercial property management and, by 19, began her own real estate investing journey, which allowed her to leave her full-time job at 22 to focus on building her portfolio. As the co-founder of Lean Capital, a Vermont-based multifamily investment firm, and the founder of Lean Management, their ancillary property management firm, Mady is committed to growing her impact in the industry.
