He closed as many as 75 deals per year, a huge number in the competitive world of real estate. But selling homes wasn't all Brad did; he also took on roles such as Sales Manager, Team Leader, Recruiter, Mentor, and Trainer. His success in real estate stemmed not only from his market knowledge but from his ability to teach and guide others.
In addition to being an agent, Brad developed a system called TRANS-TRAC, a method for real estate agents to keep track of all the little details in a property transaction. Originally, this system was a paper-based tool. It was so useful that it became part of a continuing education course for real estate agents in Nevada. Later, in 2017, Brad updated the TRANS-TRAC system to an online version using Google Docs. Since then, over 4,000 students have purchased the system to help them better manage their work.
