At his firm, Polymath Legal, Nic helps his clients in a variety of areas, including business formation, syndication, real estate deals, and more. His extensive experience with syndications is particularly impressive. Through these deals, he has helped clients raise money to buy and sell assets totalling over $2.5 billion.
