Andrew Adam: House Hacking, Rentals, Agency, and Property Management | Upskillre Podcast #41

Andrew Adam started by house hacking a duplex in 2012. He and his wife worked multiple jobs and paid off their student loans. They kept snowballing the payments into a 4-plex. At 6 rental units, Andrew jumped into property management at a company of about 1000 units managing 260 as a career. Now he owns/manages 23 units and is an agent helping investors buy rental properties. Currently, working on his way to 100 units. His why is to give to his local zoo and help build new zoo exhibits.
